Me in April

I’m 58 kilos.
I go jogging 5 times a week.
I do yoga twice a week.
I travel to conferences to all the neighbouring countries like Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Serbia.
I read a book every two weeks.
I’m an organized person.
I’m very good at focusing.
I eat 5 meals a day.
I eat from a small plate.
I eat only when I’m hungry.
I eat healthy, low-carb food.
I eat sweets only once a week.
I sleep minimum 7 hours a day.
